Process

A full strategy, engineered from discovery to launch.

A smooth on-boarding process. Each phase is designed to create a comprehensive website strategy for your business problem.

The four phases

A disciplined process. Built for better results.

01

Discovery & strategy

Before a single screen is designed, I map the evidence: who your customers are, what job they're hiring your site to do, where the current experience leaks them, and what one action defines success.

02

Design system

Tokens, a type scale, and reusable components — a real system that holds consistency as the site grows, not a one-off page. Layout is shaped by content priority and proof.

03

Build

Mobile-first and built from scratch. Semantic HTML, accessible interactions by default to WCAG 2.2 AA, and a 90+ Lighthouse target checked throughout. The base content works even with JavaScript disabled.

04

Launch & guard

A security baseline (Content Security Policy, validated inputs, no client-exposed secrets), a final performance verification against the guarantee, and a defined post-launch support window before handoff.

How we work together

A predictable monthly rate, a written standard.

Working with one practitioner should feel safer than an agency, not riskier. The engagement terms are built to do exactly that — you always know the rate, the schedule, and the standard the work is held to, in writing, before you commit.

Fixed scope, fixed monthly rate — the figure quoted is the figure billed
No deposit, no milestones — first month due at signing, then billed monthly
Revision allowance stated per tier, up front
90+ Lighthouse & passing Core Web Vitals, corrected free if unmet at launch
One principal practitioner accountable from discovery to launch
